As a furniture store we are constantly updating our shop floor with different colours and accessories to represent the current trends and our customers tastes. However we began to neglect our staff areas, if you saw our last post Staffroom Reveal you’ll see we recently transformed our staff room. During lockdown we took advantage of not having any customers or staff in and gave the toilets an update.
I unfortunately can’t find the before pictures of the mens toilets but as you can imagine from the womens it was dated and boring.
Swipe for After.

The walls are Dulux Colour of the Year 2020 Tranquil Dawn. It’s calming and neutral and could easily go with lots of different colours. I chose to use pink in the art work to keep a soft palette. The prints and frames are from Poster Store. Which is a sister site of Desenio – same prints but much cheaper and still great quality.

The metro tiles are from Topps Tiles in Chichester. Metro tiles are not going out of fashion, not only are they cost effective (although take into consideration the additional work and time for a professional tiler) but they are very versatile with lots of colours and sizes available . We styled the tiles with a black grout to be more dramatic.
The space saver toilets, sinks and taps were all from Soak.com
The doors, work top, handles and cabinet is from Bognor Regis Howdens.
The oak LVT flooring is from Karndean.
