We couldn’t reach such a huge milestone without having a party for all our staff and their families, retired staff and business associates we’ve always called our friends.
We had an amazing evening and it couldn’t of been possible without the help of Mia at Seasons BRTFC and Ballon-a-doo for making the venue look stunning. Simply Delicious filled our stomachs with a gorgeous three course dinner. Thank you to all the bar and catering staff for all your hard work throughout the night. ReFunct were a hit, they performed a mix of disco, Motown and funk from the 70’s and 80’s which got everybody dancing.
Dominic Reynolds gave a funny and thoughtful speech praising his father Norman and stating he was the only man in the room who was definitely going to heaven, forgetting that Father Bergin was sitting right next to him. He went on to thank his brothers and all the staff for their service and support over the years. Matthew Reynolds then hosted a game of “Heads or Tails” testing everyone on their knowledge of Reynolds history. The last two standing were asked the difficult question of which twin, Matthew or Stephen was the better looking… I think you can guess which was the correct answer!
Thank you to Wendy Hudson for documenting the evening for us, so many photos to choose from and I’ve picked some of my favourites to use in this blog post. Funky Photobox was very entertaining, as the night went on the pictures got even more hilarious. Finally I’d like to say thank you to LuvSweeties – the sweets went down a treat!
